I. How to clear the broadcast cache:
The path for downloading and storing videos is not explicitly stated. After a video is played on demand, the "gvodcache" directory is created in the root directory of the maximum partition on the hard disk, and the Directory attribute is set to hidden, to view the directory, follow these steps:
1. Open the folder option:
Open "my computer", select "Tools> Folder Options> View" in the toolbar, and select "show all files and folders" in "hide files and folders ", remove the check box before "Hide protected operating system files (recommended. [Note: This item must be removed] and click OK.
2. Search for the entire hard disk. You can find a hidden folder named "gvodcache" in the largest partition of the hard disk. Open this folder and you will see many folders named after strings, there are many files suffixed with dat in these folders, such as: 524288.dat 8912896. dat and so on.
You can delete all the contents after watching the video.
Ii. Change the cache folder location
If you want to save the "gvodcache" directory in a partition, you must modify it in the registry.
1. Click → start → run. Enter "Regedit" and find the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/thunder Network/thunderoem/thunder_backwnd" key.
2. Change the E:/of "cache" = "E:/" in the right pane to the drive letter you want to specify. For example, set this to "D:/" and save it.
3. Restart the broadcast service to create the "gvodcache" directory at the specified location.
