How to convert Excel to PDF

Method One

Excel2007 and later versions can be stored directly in PDF format. Open the Excel file you want to convert, and adjust the format, as shown in figure:

Click the Office icon in the upper-left corner, as shown in figure:

When you open the icon, select Save As, and then click PDF or XPS, as shown in the figure:

In the pop-up dialog box, click the option in the lower right corner, in the pop-up dialog box, select the content we need, as shown:

After all the selections have been completed, click Publish and output PDF file. To open a finished file View effect:

EXCEL2003 does not directly convert the PDF format, we can use tools to complete. Now introduce a more useful software: dopdf download dopdf software, and follow the prompts to install.

After the installation is complete, the software generates a virtual PDF printer in the list of printers.

Open our Excel file and click Print:

Select the doPDF printer in the Print dialog box that pops up and click OK:
