How to draw a smiley face in Word 2013

Let's take a look at the target map we're going to achieve, and we'll have a whole image first.

In fact, we know that the middle of the smiling face is not difficult to draw, the difficulties in the outer edge of the slender oval, we counted 24.

First draw an ellipse: Insert → shape → flowchart → Ellipse

Box select the 12 ellipses, click the format → alignment, tick: Align the selected object, click Center, click Center

Insert smiley face: Insert → shape → basic graphic → smiley face

Click the smiley face and the previously painted oval, format → Align;
