How to fix a corrupted Word document

Word documents are often corrupted for a variety of reasons, so don't worry, we can use Word's own features or other software to fix it.

　　STEP1: Using the word2002/2003 Open Repair feature

Use the word2000/2003 open and Repair feature to start the word2003/2007, click the file, open, and in Word2007 is the top left circular icon. Open and repair features only word2003/2007, if the user uses a version of Word older, you can also try to use the Wordfix software to repair. Wordfix can support different versions of documents, and even Word documents that are corrupted by a virus infection can be repaired, compared to Word's automatic repair features. First install the running software, click the Start button in the lower right corner of the main interface.

At this point the software into the working state, click the Select File button below, in the pop-up menu to choose the right to repair the document. The path information for the document is then displayed.

Then click on the Recover button at the bottom right and the repair process begins. Note You must close word at this time, or the software will eject a warning message. After the repair is complete, if the Microsoft Word Recovery has Been successfully COmpleted is displayed, the repair is successful. At this point, you can click the Go to save button below to save the repaired document straight.

Save attention to select the format, the software provides word, TXT, standard code TXT three formats to choose from, if the user's Word document only text, we recommend the choice of txt format.
