Usually when you use an Excel worksheet, we import some files into an Excel table, but many of the text files are irregular, poorly arranged, and when imported into an Excel table, it looks like chaos, so what are we going to do?
Operation Steps
1, open the Excel2010, click the Data tab, and then in the leftmost "Get External Data" menu, select the "From Text" option.
2. In the Import Text File window, select the file you want to import. Press the Import button.
3, open the Text Import Wizard-Step 1 (Total 3 Steps) dialog box and select the Separator symbol option. Click "Next".
4, open the Text Import Wizard-Step 2 dialog box, and add a broken line, click the "Next" button.
5. Open the Text Import Wizard-Step 3 dialog box, select "Text" in the column data format combo box, and then click the "Finish" button.
6, at this time will pop up an "Import data" window, select "New Sheet" in, press "OK" button.
7, return to Excel worksheet, you can see the data import successfully, and neatly arranged.
