Limit upload speed. After my experiment, limit upload speed for 30--50kb/s, download speed can improve 100kb/s above, (here to the Thunderbolt 7 for example) open the Thunderbolt 7 interface, click Configuration, open the Configuration center after click Common Settings, in the mode setting select Custom mode, the maximum download speed set to 2048kb/ S, the maximum upload speed is set to 30kb/s.
