How to make an electronic album in PowerPoint
First, open PowerPoint 2003, and create a new blank presentation.
Second, click the fourth "Insert" button on the left of the toolbar, and perform the "Insert → picture → new album" Command to open the album dialog box.
If the picture is saved on disk, click the File/Disk button in the image below to open the Insert New Picture dialog box and navigate to the folder where the photo is located by pressing the Drop-down button to the right of the look in range. Select the picture you want to make into a photo album, and then press the Insert button to return to the album dialog box.
Note: It is best to modify the picture in advance to the same size, horizontal and vertical photos are open (I do this album is not very good-looking, the picture is not uniform intersection is difficult to see!) When you select a photo, hold down the SHIFT key or the CTRL key to select multiple consecutive or discontinuous picture files at once.
As shown in the following figure, press the Drop-down button to the right of picture layout, and in the Drop-down list that appears, select 2 pictures (without title) and rounded Rectangle frame shape options.
Note: Depending on your preferences to choose the number of pictures and add a title No!
