How to make barcodes by word

A barcode (barcode) is a graphical identifier for a set of information that is arranged according to a certain coding rule by varying the width of a plurality of black bars and blanks. Bar code can mark the production of goods, manufacturers, commodity names, manufacturing dates, book classification number, mail starting and ending places, categories, dates and many other information, so in the commodity circulation, book management, postal management, banking systems and many other fields have been widely used. 1, click on the menu bar "View" menu, select the Toolbars command, and in the Open toolbar, locate the Control toolbar, ensure that the control toolbar is ticked before the control toolbar is displayed in the edit area, as shown in the following illustration, and check to see the Control toolbar in the edit area;

2. Find the "Other controls" button in the lower-right corner of the control toolbar, as shown in Figure 1, click the "Other Controls" button and find "Microsoft Barcode Control 9.0" in the Drop-down list;

3, find this option click it, in the editing area of the page immediately appeared a barcode icon, the following figure, this icon is automatically generated by the system, to the bar code style, and bar code information to set or change;

4, to modify the default bar code style, barcode color and line width, etc., you can right-click just inserted barcode icon, from which to find the property options;

5, after the selection of properties, pop-up Properties dialog box, as shown in Figure 1, in the Properties dialog box, select a custom option, click the Custom option to the right ... button to open the Properties Visual Editing Tool, figure 2 below;

6, in the General tab, you can set the bar code style, sub style, validation, line width and direction, you can choose through the Drop-down list; on the right, check the display data checkbox to set the bar code to display the data;

7, click the "Color" tab, you can set the color of the bar code, from the attribute color style selection of a color, and then from the right palette to choose color;

8, design good style, the next is to set the bar code data, can be in accordance with the name of the commodity or bibliography, stored in the database, when scanned with a barcode scanner, the database can automatically identify the product name.

9, click the "value" option in the Properties dialog box, the box in the right input data, the default data in the input box is blank, such as we enter "123456789".

10, after the setup is complete, click on the Control tool to close the button, exit the control design mode; Such a barcode will be made well. Click the "File"-"Save" command to save the prepared barcode.
