But for the average user, Camtasia Studio is obviously a bit too professional, and in fact, Mac OS x built-in QuickTime can help you complete this task, interested friends may wish to study it!
1. Open the QuickTime and prepare the content you want to record, such as a software interface or Web page
2. Click the file > New screen Record in the QuickTime menu bar, and the Screen Recording dialog box will appear.
3. Click on the right arrow to select the audio source of the video
4. Click the Red Video recording button, the software will automatically let you choose whether you want to record a full screen or a portion of the screen
5. After recording the video, the Stop button will be hidden to the menu bar, and then click the Stop button when the recording is finished.
