Today, I finally learned how to send a fax. I recorded the steps in detail as follows for your reference.

1. Put the paper in the fax machine.
2. Pick up the phone and dial the fax number. The general form is 00 + country or region code + city code + the other party's fax number. If you send a fax to a company in California, you need to dial 001408 XXXXXXX, among them, 00 indicates that a fax must be sent to a foreign country. 1 indicates the US Country Code, 408 indicates the California code, and xxxxxxx indicates the fax number of the other party.
3. After you hear the other party pass (with a beep), press the send fax button (green ).
4. Call the phone.
5. Wait until the fax is sent.

Note: Some fax machines require a password, so you need to obtain the password from the relevant personnel before sending a fax to foreign countries. You can directly dial the password before the above number.
