Open the corresponding Excel file, as shown in the following figure, for example, we have sex and the two columns are relatively fixed relative values, such as the department is a male or female, in the sheet in a certain area of the first input male and female, as well as the Department of Information, such as finance, accounting, etc. Generally, this information should be placed at the bottom of the sheet or will not be used in the area, and then hidden away, so as not to be mistakenly deleted or modified, here for the convenience and everyone to explain it in the place can be seen for everyone;
Select the Sex column, click Data on the top menu bar, and then click Data validation on the toolbar below, as shown in the following illustration:
In the Data Validation window that pops up, click the Drop-down list box below "Allow (A)" and select "sequence"
Then click on the icon in the right corner of the Select data area under Source (S) to select the source of the data, such as sex, so we select the area where we entered the men and women in step 1, and then click OK.
Back in the sheet table, you can see that you can select the gender data directly from the Drop-down box in the cell that corresponds to the gender column, without having to enter each time individually.
