Use wireless network OTA update:
1. Click "settings" under the ipad interface and click it to open it.
2. Go to "general" and click the "Software Update" option, as shown in the figure.
3. The system will check for updates over the network. If any, the system will prompt you to download and install the update. Follow the prompts.
1. Connect the iPad to your computer, open itunes on your computer, and click "iPad", as shown in the figure.
2. Click "Check for updates" on the page, as shown in the figure below.
3. After detecting available updates for the current iPad, download and upgrade the updates as prompted.
Manual firmware update:
If it is jailbreaking, we can try to download the firmware first.
After the firmware is downloaded, it is still on the iPad's summary page. If it is a Windows system, hold down the Shift key first. If it is an Apple system, hold down the Option key first, then click "Check for Updates", as shown in the following figure.
Then, on the pop-up page, click the downloaded system.
Note: If it is not compatible, we can choose the same system as your device.
Next, iTunes will prompt us to update the iPad to the new system, and click "update" to continue, as shown in the figure.
Finally, we will wait for iTunes to extract the firmware and update the system.
