The user did not write the local number into the SIM card.
Once you write your local phone number into your SIM card, you can use at + cnum to find the number of your mobile phone number.
Action command returns the msisdns related to the subscriber (this information can be stored in the sim or in
Me). If subscriber has different msisdn for different services, each msisdn is returned in a separate line.

The SIM card of a common user must first write the number of the local computer into the SIM card to read it. Otherwise, the SIM card is empty.
You can try a sim that has not been written into the local phone number. Check the phone number on your mobile phone. If you add the phone number to the SIM card, generally, a mobile phone can add a local phone number to view the interface of the local phone number).
