In the editing of some Word documents, in order to clear the appearance of the page, often to add a header, but when we want to cancel the header content, often found a problem, the header under the black line is always there, affecting the whole page beautiful. So here I'm telling you how to get rid of it (using this method can also make the headers that we usually add are not underlined).
First, double-click the header, and then move the mouse over the left side of the header to select the paragraph that contains the header.
Then, open the Borders and Shading command on the Format menu, will pop up the corresponding dialog box, select the "Border" tab, choose it as the top "none", and then click the [OK] button, back to the page to see the black line on the header is gone.
If you find the black line is still there, do not worry, I think you must not choose a good paragraph, then you can in the Border and Shading dialog box to find the application of the select paragraph, and then click the OK button on it.
