How to handle the installation process and installation failure of Android SDK

1. Decompress Android SKD

 

2. Execute the file: SDK setup.exe (the one in the robot icon) in the directory above)

Note: In general, the failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xmlwill appear, so you should modify it as follows:

A) modify the available packages and click "add site..." to add the site for connecting to HTTPS. Only the package of Some APIs can be updated.

B) modify the proxy configuration: Set HTTP Proxy Server: 10.159.192.62, HTTP Proxy port: 8080, and select the following tabs: Force https //..... using HTTP ..., ask before restaring ADB.

 

Note: If the installation fails after the download, the following dialog box is displayed:

 

 

"Warning"
Failed to rename or move the folder. In Windows, this error means an applicationProgramUsing this folder (such as resource manager or anti-virus software)
Check your anti-virus software immediately or close the program that is using the E:/andriod/andriod_sdk_windows/Tools Folder.

This is the error that occurs when your folder is being used by another program.

 

Solution: Use the unlocker tool to unbind the Tools Folder.
