In Vista, you can hide the CPL file by writing the Registry to hide the icon on the control panel. If the hiding CPL file is invalid, you can hide the guid. However, a lot of information on the Internet can only take effect under XP or 2000. During my work, I was cheated by the information on the Internet. So I listed the CPL files and UUID that I tested. I hope you will not take any further steps.
Note: The GUID must be available only when the hidden CPL is invalid. Otherwise, the guid is invalid.
The CPL modification method is as follows:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/policies/Explorer "subitem, create a dubyte value item named disallowcpl In the explorer subitem, and set the value data to 1, create a new subitem named disallowcpl In the explorer subitem, create a new string value item named 1 in this subitem, and set the value data of this value item to intl. CPL, where the area and language options in the control panel are restricted so that they are invisible, while other projects are shown correctly.

How to modify guid:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/policies/Explorer/noneumn key value for Creating a New DWORD value. If the key name is {secret} and the value is 1, the corresponding icon is hidden, otherwise, it is not hidden.
