This article describes how to insert a flash animation in a PPT. Sometimes, I find some good FLASH courseware on the internet and want to integrate it into our PPT courseware. What should I do? There are two ways to communicate with friends: the hyperlink method and the control method. ), As shown in the following figure:
Let's talk about the hyperlink method first. We can insert a text on the slide, write the word "animation", right-click it, select the hyperlink, and find the SWF file to be linked, in this way, you can click "animation" to bring up the animation player during the screening.
However, in this case, a text prompt is often displayed, which is a little distracting. Next we will focus on the control method:
(1) to benefit controls, you must click "View", "toolbar", and "control toolbox" on the menu bar ".
(2) on the panel of the control toolbox, click the "wrench and hammer" icon, expand the panel, pull the scroll bar down, and find "Shockwave Flash Object" (activate the Flash Object ), press the obtained Cross mouse on the slide and drag it to the lower right corner to obtain a rectangle with cross forks. This is the animation area.
(3) right-click the rectangle and choose Properties to expand the property panel.
Just show the slides again. You will see that the FLASH animation has been perfectly embedded into the pptfile. (Here we need to understand that the external file of the PPT is still transferred in the form of controls, so the SWF file must be placed in the specified position. Of course, the best position is to put it in a folder with the pptfile, do not delete it ).
3. Insert object method. This is a new method that I recently saw on my blog. The procedure is as follows:
Click "Insert"-"object". By default, "New" is selected. We will change it to "create by file ", then, click browse to find the FLASH animation in swf format to be inserted. Click OK to see the swf file name in the PPT.
Right-click it, and click "action settings". When you click the mouse, the "object action" is "active content", and "OK" is selected. Then, play OK and save the file.
In this way, FLASH is played through FLASH players. The advantage is that the playback of PPT is not affected and no unpleasant prompt box is displayed.
