1. Start PowerPoint 2013 and create a presentation. On the Development Tools tab, in the Controls group, click the More Controls button
, as shown in Figure 1. At this point, open the Other Controls dialog box, select the Shockwave Flash Object control, as shown in Figure 2, and then click OK to close the other Controls dialog box.

2. At this point, the mouse pointer changes to
Shape, press and hold the left mouse button to draw the control on the slide, as shown in Figure 3. Holding down the left button to drag the control can change its position on the slide, and drag the control handle on the control to resize the control.

3, on the Development Tools tab, in the Controls group, click the Properties button, as shown in Figure 4. At this point, open the Properties dialog box and enter the path address and filename of the Flash file you want to play in the text box to the right of "Movie", as shown in Figure 5. Then press the "F5" key to play the slide, and the inserted animation begins to play.

4, on the Developer tab, in the Controls group, click the command button, and then press and hold the left mouse button to add a command on the slide, as shown in Figure 6. Then in the Properties dialog box, set the button's Caption property to change the caption displayed on the button, as shown in Figure 7.
