1. Insert an Excel worksheet
1. Open the word file to be operated using Word2010, and click the "insert" tab on the menu bar.
2. Click "table" in "table", as shown in the following figure.
3. In the pop-up menu, click the "Excel spreadsheet" option, as shown in the figure below.
4. Input data in an Excel worksheet and perform computation and sorting.
2. Paste an Excel worksheet
1. Open the Excel document to be copied to word.
2. Select and "clipboard"-> "copy", as shown in the following figure.
3. Now we open the Word document and click "clipboard"> "paste.
4. Click the "paste selected" command in the menu.
5. Click "Microsoft Excel 2003 worksheet object" in the pop-up menu and click "OK.
6. Double-click an Excel worksheet to edit the data. Clicking the external table will return the word document editing status.
3. Paste a common table
1. Open the word and excel files, and select the data in the excel table to be copied to the word documents.
2. Click copy in clipboard, as shown in the following figure.
3. Then, you can press the "ctrl + v" shortcut in word, or click "paste" in "cut version.
4. Click the same button in the pop-up menu.
