Before installing the memory bar, don't forget to look at the motherboard instructions to see what memory the motherboard supports, the memory slot location that can be installed, and the maximum size that can be installed. The installation process of different memory strips is essentially the same, here is the main description of the common SDRAM, DDR RAM, rdram memory. Let's take a look at the installation method of the memory bar detailed steps diagram:
STEP1: First flip the plastic clips on either side of the memory slots that need to be installed in memory (often called "bumpers") to the outside, so that the memory strips can be inserted, as shown in Figure 1.

STEP2: Pick up the memory bar and then align the notch on the pin of the memory bar to the bulge in the memory slot (as shown in Figure 2), or align the position of number 1 in the memory slot with the position of number 1 indicated on the edge of the gold finger of the memory strip.
STEP3: Finally, with a little bit of force, vertically insert the ram into the memory slot and press tight until the latch at both ends of the memory slot automatically latches the gap on both sides of the memory, as shown in Figure 3.
Tip: On any motherboard that supports RDRAM, you can see that the RIMM memory slots appear in pairs. Since the Rdram memory strip is not able to be used alone, it must be a pair of appearance. RDRAM requires that the RIMM memory slots must all be plugged in, and the empty RIMM memory slots must be plugged into the upload board (also known as "Terminator") so that the loop can be formed.
