How to install the via vt6102 rhineii NIC Driver in Solaris

I 've been depressed for a long time. Here is a summary:
1. Find the NIC Driver in the Open Tech Forum: http://homepage2.nifty.com/mrym3/taiyodo/eng/
2. Put the downloaded driver into Solaris (my version is vfe-2.4.0, put in,/tmp)
3. decompress the package to the directory

# Gunzip-CD vfe-2.4.0.tar.gz | tar xvf-
4. perform operations according to readme instructions
# Cd/tmp/vfe-2.4.0
# Rm OBJ makefile
# Ln-s makefile. amd64_suncc makefile (amd64 is 64-bit)
