First of all, let's introduce our own in PPT 2010. Insert a SmartArt graphic, select a specific type in the hierarchy, and double-click to insert.

Remove the light blue background from the graphic, click on the small triangle to the left of the transparent border of the graphic, add items and edit the text content for each level in the organization diagram.
