How to make Cable

2, twisted-pair connection method has two kinds: normal connection and cross connection, the normal connection uses is the international Eia/tia 568B Standard, but the cross connection uses is the international Eia/tia 568A Standard, these two kinds of connection method's difference is the twisted pair at both ends the order is different, Normal connection is the twisted pair of the two ends of the line according to the White Orange, orange, white green, blue, white blue, green, white brown, brown order (this is the international Eia/tia 568B standard) pressed into the RJ45 crystal head. This method makes a network cable for the connection between the computer and the hub. Cross connection is to press the end of twisted pair into RJ45 Crystal Head according to international Standard Eia/tia 568B; the other end of the core line in turn by White green, green, white orange, blue, white blue, orange, white brown, brown order (this is the international Eia/tia 568A Standard) into the RJ45 Crystal head. This method makes a network cable for the connection of a computer to a computer or the cascading of hubs. Below I mainly talk about normal connection steps, because the normal connection is the most commonly used. Cross-connect steps are the same, but the order is not the same;

3. Use crimping pliers to peel off the outer skin of the twisted pair to 3CM, and then press the Eia/tia 568B standard sequence to keep the core in a straight line;

4, the core line into the Crimping tool, 8 core to the same plane close together, and as far as possible, leaving a certain length of the core of about 1.5CM cut;

5, the twisted pair into the RJ45 crystal Head, the insertion process to balance the strength until the end of the plug. and check whether 8 cores have been fully, neatly arranged in the Crystal Head, the order is correct;

6. Pressing the crystal head with crimping pliers and pulling out;

7, one end of the network cable on the production, the same way to make a cable at one end. Finally put the two ends of the network cable into the twisted pair tester, open the tester switch test LED light up. If the normal network cable, the two rows of lights are synchronous bright, if there is no sync light, it is proved that the wire core connection problems, should be redesigned;
