Save paper Energy-saving printing
Many times, because the page is so wide, you can see a table printed on two or more sheets of paper in print Preview.
In fact, we simply adjust the options in the Zoom selection list to "adjust all columns to one page" from the Print Setup window, so that the print will not separate two or more pages. The overall speed has also increased.
Save time and ink printing
Usually we print out the form used to check, it is not necessary to use the printer default normal color or high-resolution printing. At this time, there are many sets of techniques to help you save time, save ink.
In the Print Setup window, if you select the color of the print Quality option to print in black and white, the cost of ink or toner can be greatly saved by saving the color material. At the same time, because black and white printing speed is much higher than color, so also improve the printing efficiency, save time.
If the black and white print will lose some of the pattern details, then you can change to "grayscale" printing. In the Print Setup window, you can save color ink or toner by setting "Printer Properties", clicking the Advanced button, and entering the Advanced Options Settings window to convert document options from "Color" to "grayscale", which is printed only in black.
It should be explained that the above options are available in different models of printers, and in the Advanced Document Settings window of some printers, the resolution of graphics printing is also allowed. By reducing the choice of the print resolution level, you can print the table or document in a low-resolution setting, which can also greatly reduce the cost of toner or ink. At the same time, low resolution printing speed is faster than the standard or high-precision printing speed, time-saving efficiency.
