Internal occupation is your own quality, including IQ, EQ, experience, skills, etc. The internal occupation is accumulated by learning and practicing it by 1.1. It is a unique thing of its own. It is not given by others and will not change as the environment changes. For example, you can program C #, which belongs to the internal profession. Even if one day you leave the company and go somewhere else, this skill will still follow your people, it will not be left in the company or deprived.
External occupations are positions, including positions, functions, treatment, influence, and self-founded enterprises. External occupations are given by external conditions and will change as the environment changes. I may have become a manager in this company, but I still need to start from the grass-roots level after I quit to another company. A foreign occupation may be deprived by others. In different environments, there may be great differences between foreign occupations.
The inner refers to itself, that is, the inner occupation; the inner refers to the environment, that is, the outer occupation. We need to consider both internal and external occupations in our career planning. Seeing the dragon in the field refers to the ground from the ground to the ground. Although the altitude is almost the same, there is an essential difference. The important point at this time is to "see adults ". Adults do not necessarily mean heads. All people who can help us are adults. When preparing for the limelight, it is important to ask for help. With the help of some people, we can only do big things in the future by keeping up with the accumulated energy.
On the surface, this remark seems to be about the development of foreign occupations. In fact, the only difference here is that adults seek help from others to improve their abilities. They are still apprentices. You cannot study hard. Sometimes you can get guidance from others, and you may not take a detour for several months. There were some improvements in the second stage. How did we go one step further and the situation become worse?
In fact, it is reasonable to think about it. Things should develop in a way that is interesting. In the previous phase, I was happy when I "saw dragon in the field", and then I "liked to see adults ". After another step, it will become difficult to get down. If you give up now, the previous work is in vain and you have to stick to it. This should be the only effective way to face embarrassment.
At this time, the internal occupation develops to the highest point, and the next step is to pay attention to the development of the external occupation. Many technical talents are stuck in this region and cannot continue to develop.
9th or Yuanyuan
Or, take another step, take off your career, or go back to the Summit to keep improving. No matter how you choose, the results will be "innocent ". Like the ninth and ninth dimensions, the location is in the middle, but the ninth and ninth dimensions are the most advanced of the neighbase, and the ninth and fourth are the first ones of the waihuan. It has entered the second stage of non-professional development.

If this status can be reached, the upper and lower are all your choices. No matter what decisions you make, you will not be passive.
By comparing the differences between and, we can find that at the beginning, we need to develop internal occupations, and at this time, internal occupations are relatively well developed. When the internal occupation develops to a certain stage, we need to develop our own external occupation and take the initiative in the environment. Only with the initiative can we proceed further.

Iv. Five-five
The word fifty-five is generally used to describe the supremacy of the emperor, but why is it the ninth five-year plan instead of anything else. The reason is in Yijing. The Ninth Five-Year Plan of Yijing is the best one, so we use the word "Fifty five" to express honor.
The ninth five-year plan is the peak of each of us's career development. We have already talked about the two phases of inner and waiving measures to reach this peak. The five States are from the ninth to ninth five-year plan. We can apply the principle of Yijing to our career planning, so that we can use the wisdom of Yijing to help us make decisions.
Each person's development will follow the above rule, but each person's development is different. On the basis of understanding the meaning, we can first give ourselves a position to see which region we are currently in. Then we can roughly see a context of future development and precautions.
