How to make stamps with Photoshop

Step-by-step instructions:
1, in order to better display the effect, first the background layer of color set to orange.
2, click the File menu (File/open) to open an image, as shown in Figure 1.
3, press CTRL + A to select the canvas.
4, click the Layer menu-new-cut the layer command (Layer/new/layer via cut), cutting the selection to layer 1, as shown in Figure 2.

5. Select the rectangular Marquee tool in the toolbox and create a slightly smaller selection than the canvas in the image window.
6, click the Select Menu-Select/inverse (the selection), will select the inverse of the election.
7, click Edit menu-Fill command (Edit/fill). Set the white Fill in the dialog box that appears, and click the OK button to select a white fill, as shown in Figure 3.
8, press Ctrl+d to cancel the constituency. Press the CTRL key in the layer palette to load the Layer 1 opacity area as a selection.
9, click the path tag, open the Path palette. In the Path palette, click the Create work path from Selection button (the fourth button) to create a working path through the selection, as shown in Figure 4.

10. Open the Brush palette, click the small triangle in the upper right corner, select the new Brush command (Brush/new Brush) in the Drop-down menu that pops up, and the Brush Options dialog box appears (Figure 5). In the dialog box, set the diameter to 8, the hardness to 100%, and the spacing to 200%. Click the OK button to draw a new brush in the tone panel. As shown in Figure 6

11. Select the rubber Insert tool in the tool image and select the new brush in the Eraser option palette. Click the Front Color Stroke path button (the second button) in the Path palette to stroke with the foreground color.
12, press the key to click the work path, close the path, see the effect? As shown in Figure 7
13, click the Layer label, back to the layer palette. Click the Image menu (image), select the canvas Size command (canvers size), and in the Canvas Size dialog box that appears, set the width percentage to 110%, and the high percentage to 110%, positioned in the middle. Click the "OK" button to enlarge the canvas.

14, set layer 1 for the current layer, click the Layer menu, select the effect, select the projection command. (Layer/effects/drop Shadow). The Drop Shadow Effect dialog box appears. Set the distance to 15, blur to 8, and the rest as default values. Click the "OK" button, the effect is good?

15, now, we enter the text "80 points." Select the Type tool in the toolbox, and in the dialog box that appears, the number "80" in the font is "Monotype Corsiva", size is "30" pixel, the color is "black", the text "minute" size is "15" pixel, the rest is the default value, then type text, click "Good" button can be. Look at the masterpiece, isn't it easy?
