How to Make It career plans in China?

In China, the IT industry is a new industry. Compared with foreign enterprises, it is relatively late, but its development is very rapid. However, there are also many problems. Most of China'sProgramDevelopers think that software developers are healthy. If you didn't reach the supervisor level before the age of 35, you would be finished. It may be a bit extreme, and there are some exceptions. Technically, it is very cool. People over 35 years old are doing the same development.

Maybe you don't need to think about this in other industries, because some of the better companies have prepared a complete job Upgrade Plan for you over the years.
