  Third, the final adjustment paragraph distance

Position the cursor over the paragraph mark in the header area, select the entire table, right-click the table, in the menu that appears, select table properties → table → text wrapping → "wrapping" → "positioning" → "Table positioning" → "vertical" → "position" → "-50 mm" → "relative to" → "paragraph". Notice that the "5 centimeters" here refers to the distance that the table is marked up by the paragraph in the header area. This value is determined by the distance between the unit name in the document and the horizontal line of the header. This is done with the production of the paper head.
