First use the above method to download the offline version of Google Browser, and then the default installation, after installation, it is best not to allow browsers. Google browser's default installation directory is as follows:
The code is as follows |
Win7: C:users System User Name Appdatalocalgooglechromeapplication WinXP: C:documents and Settings system user name local settingsapplication datagooglechrome Vista, Win+r run c:/users/your username/appdata/local/google/chrome |
After entering the above directory, first put the chrome.exe into the directory containing the version number, and then copy the directory to the place you want to put, and finally modify the directory name, such as can be modified into googlechrome.
The final step is to set the UserData. You can create a new directory UserData under the Googlechrome directory, and then create a shortcut to Chrome.exe, followed by the following parameter:
The code is as follows |
–user-data-dir=userdata |
Then run this shortcut directly when you start.
Finally uninstall the Google browser that you just installed under the system disk.
Note Some points:
1. If you do not copy Chrome to the version number of the directory, the direct operation of Chrome.exe is invalid;
2. If you do not run the program under a shortcut with the –user-data-dir parameter added, the user data directory by default is still under the system disk.
Another way
Extract the chrome from the system catalog
Vista, Win+r run c:/users/your username/appdata/local/google/chrome
Under XP, Win+r runs C:/Documents and settings/your username/local settings/application data/google/chrome
Then the application folder to copy out, the folder renamed "est Google Browser" and so on. Then enter this folder and create a new folder named Est_profile.
Finally, all files and folders under the 0.2.149.27 directory are moved to the Chrome.exe sibling directory.
Initializing a configuration file in the Chrome.exe directory
Then win+r open the command line, CD to the path where you copied the Chrome.exe, run
The code is as follows |
Chrome.exe--first-run--user-data-dir=est_profile
|
Create a shortcut to call the green version of Google Chrome at any time
