When you use Outlook to reserve a meeting room, you will notice that the conference room is booked for a period of more than 1440 minutes, as shown in the following illustration:

In fact, we can modify this limit by adjusting the settings for this conference room on the Exchange Server server as follows:
1, log on to the Exchange Server server.
2, find the conference room to be modified, such as "Test booking Conference Room 1", double-click to open the test booking Room 1 property.
3. In the Pop-up Room Properties dialog box, select the Resource Policy tab, and in the maximum duration, change the default 1440 minutes to the value you want, as shown in the following illustration.
4, after the completion of the change, click "OK" button, reopen your Outlook and then subscribe again to subscribe to more than 1440 default minutes of the time length.
