The second point is to tell the employee that this is a rare opportunity for him to get a rare opportunity, such as promotion, salary increase, correction, study, and tourism, he wants to draw a beautiful vision for him.

3. Tell employees not to be under pressure:

Some employees, especially those who have just joined the company, usually want to give up on business trips if they have just graduated or have failed multiple interviews. In this case, they need to encourage them to tell them that the interview is the case, do not put too much pressure on people and content for each interview. Do his best and be prepared. It is an opportunity for him to exercise.

Generally, through the above three soft persuasion methods, a majority of people can be persuaded to participate in the interview. However, some stubborn elements can only eat hard instead:

4. Tell the employee how many people are involved in the project. Only a small number of people including him are preparing to invest in the project:

The pressure on the environment tells him that there are no projects in the company, and everyone else is involved. If you don't participate, it means you are using soy sauce.

5. Tell employees that there are no projects in the company and some personnel adjustments are being made:

By telling employees that someone else has not gone on a business trip and has been dismissed or dismissed, "intimidate" them to threaten them on a business trip.

There are also people who do not eat hardware and software. It depends on whether this person has any value for the company. If there is no value, he will be persuaded. If there is value, he will find a job for him.
