Start IIS manager from the "run" dialog box
On the Start Menu, click all programs, attachments, and run ".
In the open box, type inetmgr and click OK ".
Start IIS manager from the Management Service Console
On the Start Menu, click all programs, attachments, and run ".
In the "run" text box, type "Control Panel" and click "OK ".
In the "control panel" window, click "classic view" and double-click "Administrative Tools ".
In the Administrative Tools window, double-click Internet Information Service ".
