method to open the folder that contains the workbook (*.xls), hold down the SHIFT key or CTRL key, select multiple workbooks next to each other or nonadjacent with the mouse, select them all, and then right-click, select Open, and the system starts Excel 2007, and open all of the selected workbooks.
Method two copies of multiple workbook files that need to be opened at once are copied to the C:\Windows\Application Data\microsoft\excel\xlstart folder, and the workbook is opened at the same time when you start Excel 2007.
Method Three starts Excel 2007, clicks the tools → options command, opens the Options dialog box, clicks the General tab, enters the full path of a folder in the box after opening all files in this key at startup (such as D:\Excel), and clicks OK to exit. Then copy the workbook that you want to open at the same time to the folder above, and when you start Excel 2007, all the files in the folder above, including non-Excel documents, are opened.
Method Four in Excel 2007, click the file → open command, hold down the SHIFT key or CTRL key, select multiple workbooks next to each other or nonadjacent in the list of pop-up dialog files, and then press the Open button to open more than one workbook at a time.
