You often need to print the PPT content in handouts, but the PPT printing settings only support printing 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 slides on one page. So I was recently asked this question:
If you want to compress some PPT courseware, you can print multiple pages of PPT on a piece of paper.
Powerpnt can only define 6 or 9 images per page
Can other combinations be implemented? For example, 8 images per page
Below is my answer.
PPT printing supports only 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 9 handouts, and the format is almost unchangeable.
However, after you send the PPT content to word, you can modify it as needed to achieve the effect of 8 entries per page.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Select send Under the File menu, and then select Microsoft Word
2. In the displayed dialog box, select empty rows next to the slide
3. Automatically Generated Word documents,
4. Select the columns on both sides of the slide and delete them.
5. At this time, each document has three slides. To make one page contain eight slides, adjust the Row Height of the cell where each slide is located.
The specific method is: select the entire table, right-click the table, and change the height of the row label to 6cm (
This height is exactly one page for four slides. If you need other forms, such as the final result for a page of 10 slides, you can
This height should be reduced)
6. The last step is to change four pages to eight pages. Operation Method: select the entire table and select the format
In the left-side Navigation Pane, select two columns. The final result is 8 screenshots on a page :)
