In the Word2013 document window, the Quick Access Toolbar is used to place command buttons to help users quickly start commands that are frequently used or that are not in the Ribbon. Also, the Quick Access Toolbar is the only window element in the Word2013 window that allows users to customize. The user can add custom commands to the Quick Access Toolbar as needed, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2013081201.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Quick Access Toolbar tab, and then click the command you want to add in the Select commands from list (generally select commands not in the Ribbon) and click the Add button. Repeat this step to add multiple commands to the WORD2013 Quick Access Toolbar, as shown in Figure 2013081202.

Word Home Tip: If you want to revert to the original state of the Quick Access Toolbar, click reset → reset the Quick Access Toolbar button in the Quick Access Toolbar tab, as shown in Figure 2013081203.
