Operation Steps
It's perfectly OK to say, "Macros" is the essence of Excel, how to record a macro?
Let's take a look at the specific recording process by recording a macro with a setting heading "Center Across columns":
Execute the tools → macros → record new Macro command to open the Record New Macro dialog box.
Under Macro name, enter a name, such as center across columns, and set the location where the macro will be saved.
Note: Macros are saved in three locations: the current workbook--the macro is only valid for the current workbook; Personal Macro Workbook--macros are not valid for all workbooks; New Workbook--the recorded macro is saved in a new workbook and is valid for that workbook.
Press the OK button to start the recording.
To set the "Center across columns" procedure once, when you are finished, click the Stop Recording button on the Stop Recording toolbar. The macro recording is complete.
Some macros need to operate on any cell, and then select the Relative Reference button on the Stop Recording toolbar before the operation begins.
