Then compare my current company,

1. Money is about 3-5 K less than the average in the industry. Some people may be twice the difference because the value is not maximized.

After years of service, you may be able to learn more about the business, but the technology is not likely to improve, for many years, IDE has been developing or maintaining it in a closed framework without human maintenance.

3. The job is currently in the middle of nowhere, and there is no new business, so everyone has actually reached the ceiling. The most important thing is that there are senior jobs, and they have always been recruited from outside.

4. Interest, products, and aesthetics are also fatigued. Guo Meimei is not beautiful every day and there is no such product.

Company advantages:

1. Easy. There is no job every day,

3. Nothing else

Disadvantage

1. poor reputation: The name is outsourcing. In fact, the company directly faces the end customers, non-head outsourcing, non-project middle N-way subcontracting, and belongs to the most common company in China that relies on customer projects to survive.
