How to save a PowerPoint presentation as an auto-show file
1. Open the presentation, select the Save As option in the list on the left side of the file window to open the Save as page in the middle pane select the Computer option, and then click the Browse button in the computer bar on the right, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Open the Save As dialog box, select the location where the file is saved, enter the filename in the file name text box, and select the PowerPoint Show (*.PPSX) option in the Save as type Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 2.

3. When PowerPoint saves your presentation as an autoplay file, you double-click the resulting ". Ppsx" file in Windows Explorer, as shown in Figure 3, where the presentation is played automatically.

Attention
When you copy your presentation to a different computer for the show, even if you have PowerPoint2013 installed on your computer, you should also be aware of copying the files that are linked to your presentation, such as audio files and video files. Also, be careful to keep these files in the same folder as your presentation, otherwise the linked content may not display correctly.
