How to scan picture text to Word with abbyy FineReader

ABBYY FineReader 12 is an OCR graphics and text recognition software that can quickly and easily convert images of scanned paper documents, PDF files and digital cameras into editable, searchable text.

Step one: First download installation abbyy FineReader 12, the specific installation process, please refer to ABBYY finereader 12 Installation Guide;

Step two: Open abbyy finereader 12, click Scan to Mircosoft Word, open the JPEG image file to be scanned to word;

Step three: After opening the JPEG file, ABBYY FineReader 12 will automatically read and identify the file, after the recognition of the automatic generation of Word documents, when the word is editable, can be checked against the original file scan error, if there can be directly modified.
