to see if a wireless router has a way to rub the net
1, Login Settings interface: in the browser address bar input: 192.168.1.1 Press ENTER--> input user name, password--> click "OK".
2, click the "Wireless Settings"--> "host State", and then you can see how many people (wireless devices) connected to your wireless router above, as shown in the following image:
If you have a laptop, a mobile phone connected to the wireless router, but under the "host status" check to see that there are 3 or more wireless devices, that your wireless router's WiFi password has been cracked, someone is stealing your WiFi internet.
Once you've identified someone on the net, how do we know that those devices are theirs, and that the equipment is someone else's? We can judge by "MAC address" as shown in the following illustration:
First you need to know your laptop and mobile phone's MAC address, and then in the "host State" under the comparison, find your own device MAC address, the other MAC address is determined to rub the net.
How to prevent others from rubbing the net? In addition to choosing WPA2-PSK encryption, set a more complex WiFi password, the most effective way is actually "Wireless MAC address Filter", your mobile phone and the computer's wireless network card to add the MAC address to the list, Wireless devices that are not on the Allow list will not be able to use your wireless network, even if your wireless WiFi does not have a password, other wireless devices cannot connect to your router.
