Select all the cells you want to enter in the Chinese characters, such as the cells under name, and then select the menu data ~ effectivity One Input method mode, select Open in input mode, and click OK.
Also, select all the cells below "age" to enter the age number, and in the IME mode, select Close (English mode) and then determine.
After setting up, when the input point is in different cells, the system will automatically switch input mode according to the above settings, and no longer need to manually switch the input method state.
It is necessary to note that, although the beginning of Office XP has been supported in Chinese and English mixed input, but the Chinese and English input method is still a problem that puzzles the high-speed entry of information. For the content type of cells in advance, automatic switching of input method is not only convenient, but also to some extent to prevent input errors.
