When we do the pivot table, we first enter the range of the data source, the General wizard will default to the data area, as shown in:

However, such marked data area is not able to adapt to the changes in the record, because when the record exceeds this range, the redundant records will not be counted, the first thought is to enter the maximum number of records, which is feasible, that is:

However, when the table is replaced with the 2007 version, the maximum number of records will increase and the data source should be rewritten again, namely:
