How to share the same knowledge base for a group:

 

1. Install the needle PKM on a computer and set "\ data \ default" under it to share

A. Tip: Use "$" to make shared folders invisible and prevent access by viruses or unexpected people. Add "$" after the shared name, for example, "pinpkm $". The path of the knowledge base is "\ 10.60.0.88 \ pinpkm $"
B. Permission control: the "Security" of pkls. dat and pkls2.dat should always be set to "read and write" by everyone. The "security" of other files and folders can be read-only or read/write authorized by the user. Generally, you can set sharing to "full sharing ".

 

2. For other computers: Install the pointer PKM and choose "Knowledge Base"> "Open Knowledge Base..." to open the shared knowledge base.
