1. Use the shortcut key Win + X to open the System Tools shortcut menu from which to select Disk Management, as shown below:
2. Open the Disk Management window, as shown below:
3. From the disk list, locate the drive without the assignment letter, right-click on the partition, select Change Drive letter and path, as shown in the following illustration:
4. Eject drive Path Change window, click "Add", the following figure:
5. In the Add Drive letter and Path window, select the letter you want to assign to the partition or drive, click OK, as shown in the following figure:
Note: You can only assign an unoccupied letter at this time, and if the letter is occupied by another partition, you must delete the letter before you can reassign it.
6. After the Add letter click OK, in the upper right side of the screen will pop up the following prompts:
7. When you click the prompt, you are prompted to use Windows Explorer to open the drive, as shown in the following illustration:
8. Open the computer, you can find the missing partition or drive, the problem can be resolved.
