Text notes
You can insert text notes into branches in the mind map view, insert a post-it note in the brainstorming view, quickly capture the bubbles in the view, and add more detail to the artwork. Notes are displayed when clicked, so you can keep the workspace neat, and even copy and paste the entire text page from the Internet without worrying about destroying the workspace. If you want to create a presentation, add notes to a branch in the Guide view, and when you switch to the presentation view, the notes automatically turn into slide notes.
Audio notes
You can record and upload multiple audio notes, a post-it note, or a bubble to a branch, which is best suited for quick recording of information in a meeting or class.
Images and icons
Images can be quickly processed by the brain is an indisputable fact that they have the ability to communicate more information than the language, as a visual stimulation to awaken information memories easier. You can search for images in iMindMap's expansion gallery, upload images from your own computer, or insert Web images, and you can also handle them flexibly, floating freely on your brainstorming and map view canvas, or even as a central idea.
Icons are a good way to visually classify and organize your mind map and brainstorm information, and you can give branches, bubbles and post-it numbers, flag important details, and use icons to filter information as you develop ideas in the map view. To use the icon to filter the information on the map, click View, select Filter, and then select the icon you want to display, and all branches with the icon will appear.
Link
The ability to have additional links (including documents, URLs, presentations, PDF files, and even other mind maps) to work enables you to consolidate a large amount of information in a easily accessible workspace. As with notes, links can be attached to your mind map, bubbles, and convenience stickers without disrupting their order. In the Guide view, you can easily drag and drop network links or important files to branches, create large central resources, and click on the attachment as a link icon when you open it.
Tip: When you send a map that contains multiple images, files, and links to another computer or share it with a friend or colleague, you can export a map as a packaged file, and a packaged file compresses your mind map so that you can share it more easily and quickly so that your iMindMap contacts can view your maps and additional resources.
Boundary
The boundary appears in the four week of the selected area in the Guide view. Like clouds, it provides a creative way to highlight specific areas of the mind map and classify the relevant information together, and it is also a unique creative way to help you organize your mind mapping and visualize the presentation of information in iMindMap.
Multi-Guide Map
When drawing a mind map, you may feel that the idea you want to add should have its own guide, so congratulate you! In iMindMap, you can use the multi-map feature to create multiple guides on an unrestricted canvas in the Guide view, with just a few clicks to add other central ideas to the canvas and create new guides immediately. Creating a multiple map can explore the characteristics of an idea without interrupting your thoughts so that the idea can continue to flow smoothly.
Flow chart
Flowcharts can be used to highlight the associations between topics, and to clarify how the associations interact with each other. The flowchart can be combined with the mind map in the Guide view, first create a guide (visual overview of the theme of the map), and then create a flowchart next to the map to drill down to the details of the topic.
Insert the above options to materialize the creation of fast capture, brainstorming, and map views, breaking complex information into manageable modules, remaining in the interface, and thinking clearly and freely.
