A: In Word through links can achieve the effect you want, we take a triple picking list for example. Open Word2010 First, design the first shipping bill in the format you want, and insert a blank line at the end of the carriage as the next one, which is also the need to ensure that the content that is filled in at the end of the bill can be updated synchronously.

Next, press the CTRL + a key to select all the contents of the ticket. Click on the contents of the selected ticket to the right mouse button, drag to the space below, in the pop-up right-click menu select "Link Here", you can copy the second joint bill. As for the production of the third joint, we only have to select the second bill for copying and pasting. Then adjust the margins appropriately so that fanfold is displayed on the same page.

Typically, fanfold must be labeled "X-Union XX" on each side or above. Tip: You might want to split the bill into two pages for a larger number of bills, so you can set up different sections in a single or two-page format by selecting "Odd and even different" on the Design tab of the header and Footer tool.
