In previous Office version applications, you can access commands on the system main menu by using the Alt + "shortcut", and the way you access shortcut keys in 2007 Office changes. Now, you can access most commands on the ribbon using two to five keys.
By pressing the ALT or F10 key (remember, to release Yo), you can display the corresponding key letter hints on the features that are available on the functional area associated with the current view, and the figure below shows the Access 2007 screenshot.
Then, press the prompt key to select the desired function, so that one layer at a level of operation.
If you want to cancel the operation halfway through, simply press the ALT or F10 key focus to return to the document view of the current operation. If you want to back up on one level, press ESC.
When you press the ALT or F10 key, you can use the arrow keys to the left or right to toggle the different tabs, with the top, bottom, left, and right four arrow keys and the tab and Shift tab keys in each tab to select the controls on the different ribbon.
CTRL + F1 key: Shows or hides the Ribbon.
SHIFT + F10: the equivalent of the right mouse button to display the shortcut menu.
F6 key: Shifts focus between the active tab of the Ribbon, the View toolbar at the bottom of the window, the active document, and the navigation panel.
