How to use the Excel printing function?

1. Open the excel document and click "file"> "print" on the menu bar to go to the print preview page.

2. On the print page, we can set "printers, properties, and page parameters", as shown in the following figure.

3. In settings, we can set the page range, which is the printing range.

4. The printing method is simply set here, sorting and unsorting.

5. In the page printing direction, click the drop-down menu to select "horizontal printing and vertical printing.

6. set the scaling status when printing, which can be divided into four situations: no scaling, full table scaling to one piece of paper, scaling all columns to one sheet of paper, and scaling all rows to one sheet of paper, you can select based on the actual situation.

7. Set the size and margin of the printed page.
