How to use the Xmind 6 Gantt Chart tool

Xmind as a visual thinking/brainstorming software, with friendly interface design and easy to use features, there is no doubt that it also plays a role in project management can not be ignored. The Gantt chart in Xmind is a special view that displays the project's schedule, the task's schedule, according to the task's priority. It operates in the following ways:

1. Create or open existing Project task map

To open the Gantt Chart view

All tasks are sorted out in the order of precedence in the view.

Each task is a task horizontal task bar.

You can adjust the start and end times of a task by dragging the taskbar.

1. User adjustments to the task in the Gantt Chart are shown in the task Information view of the task in conjunction with each step.
