1, Word template

1.1, Template

A Word template is a document type that automatically creates a copy as the procedure is opened. For example, a business plan is a common document written in Word. You simply open a template and fill in the text and information that is specific to your document. When you save a document as a file, the document is saved separately from the document as a template. You can find a Word template for most types of documents on Microsoft Office Online. If you are connected to the Internet, click Office buttons, click New, Pop the new Document dialog box as shown in Figure 1, and then click the template category you want to download the corresponding template.

1.2. Headers and footers, headers, and footers are the top, bottom, and side margins (margins: Blank space outside the print area on the page) for each page in the document. ) in the region. 1.3. Print Preview

Print Preview is mainly to provide a "WYSIWYG" document printing effect, for users to determine whether the format of the document to meet the requirements, and can make appropriate adjustments, and do not need to print to the paper media, thereby saving paper and time.

Click the Print Preview button in the Quick Access Toolbar or print (P)-Print preview (V) command under Office buttons. You can open the Print Preview window shown in Figure 6, which allows you to set up print, single page display, multiple page display, zoom, and more.

The Print preview tab allows you to make reasonable settings for how the document will be printed onto the paper media. When you are sure that the page layout, paper orientation, margin, and so on are all correct, click the Close Print Preview option button in the Preview option group on the Print Preview tab to return to the edit status.

1.4. Print Setup

After printing is edited, the print preview determines that you can print directly from the printer to the paper media. You can click the Print button in the Quick Access Toolbar or the print (p)-Print (P) command in Word 2007 to open the print as shown in Figure 7 dialog box.

Features of buttons and other options in the Print dialog box:

Name in this list, click the printer that you have installed and want to use.

Status for the selected printer, indicates the status of the printer, such as the number of files that were idle, busy, or before your print job.

Type for the selected printer, indicating the type of printer selected, such as laser.

Location for the selected printer, indicates the location of the printer, or which port the printer is connected to.

Notes for the selected printer, indicates any additional information you may need to know about this printer.

Properties Click this button to change the properties of the printer you are using, such as paper type.

Find Printer Click this button to find a printer that can be accessed.

Print to file Select this check box to create a file from a document instead of sending the document directly to the printer. This file uses a print format, such as font selection and color

Number of copies in this list, click the number of copies you want to print.

Collate if you want the print job to print in the order that you created it in the document, select this check box. This check box is available if you want to print multiple copies.

All Click this option to print all pages in the file.

Current page Click this option to print only the page on which the cursor is currently located.

Page Range Click this option and add page numbers or page ranges to the box.

Print content in this list, click the element you want to print.

Print in this list, click whether you want to print all pages, odd pages, or even pages.

Options Click this button to go to more printing options in the display category of the Word Options dialog box.

OK click this button to send the document to the printer.

Cancel Click this button to return to the document without printing it.

3.3.1, table border settings

Select the Borders and Shading (B) from the pop-up menu by selecting the table to which you want to set the border. menu command, it pops up the Border and Shading dialog box shown in Figure 16, and then the style, color, line width, and type settings of the border in the order of ①, ②, ③, and ④ from the Borders tab.
